Tips
A little preparation helps your delivery run smoothly. Before scheduling, confirm freight dimensions and weight, delivery access, and unloading needs. These tips apply to residential, commercial, limited-access, and no-dock locations across the continental U.S. Call 818-233-1266 if you are unsure what your delivery requires.
01 — SHARE FREIGHT DETAILS
Share pallet count, dimensions including packaging, weight per pallet and total weight. Flag oversized or fragile items so equipment can be confirmed.
02 — CHECK DELIVERY ACCESS
Confirm truck access, parking, gates and appointment rules. Tell us about slopes, gravel, stairs or tight turns before delivery.
03 — PREPARE TO RECEIVE
Keep a receiving contact available and clear a firm, level unloading area. Secure and wrap pallets, and confirm the delivery window before arrival.
04 — CONFIRM UNLOADING NEEDS
Tell us if there is no dock, forklift or pallet jack. Request inside delivery, extra labor or special equipment in advance so the right service can be arranged.
